Calla Crafts and Obsidian Butterfly are proud to bring details of our forthcoming silversmithing classes. All classes are for all levels, including absolute beginner. Beginners usually start with a pendant. You will learn to saw, file, drill, texture, acid etch, solder with a blow torch and polish. More advanced students can learn stone setting and ring making.
Suitable for 16 years and older
For all classes you must wear closed in shoes (no open toe sandals etc), and you will need to remove long accessories such as scarves and pendants. Long hair will need to be tied back.
Full health and safety information and will be given on the day at the beginning of the course.
